Beware of individuals falsely claiming to be employees of Credit KO Company Limited and selling loan products.
Hanhao Holdings Limited (“the Company”) has received multiple complaints from customers and the public regarding individuals claiming to be employees of the Company and soliciting loan services over the phone. If customers and/or the public refuse their sales products or services, they respond with offensive language. The Company hereby declares:
- All employees of the Company undergo professional customer service training and product knowledge training, and they provide sincere service.
- Even if customers do not meet the lending criteria, the Company will never refer them to other companies.
- The Company will never provide loan services through any subsidiaries or affiliated companies. The Company reserves the right to take legal action against anyone falsely claiming to be an employee of the Company, its subsidiaries, or affiliated companies.
- All promotional calls from the Company are made directly by customer service officers, branch or department salespersons, or authorized business agents (collectively referred to as “sales officers”). The phones used by them for outgoing calls provide caller ID.
- Sales officers have employee numbers, and they are more than willing to provide their employee numbers, branch or department affiliations, contact information of authorized business agents, and their respective contact numbers.
